Fresh Strawberry Smoothies

Ingredients
1 Pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries
1 Cup milk
2 containers (6 oz each) strawberry low-fat yogurt
Strain the strawberries and wash them with cool running water. Dry gently using paper towels. 4 strawberries should be saved for the garnish. Use the tip of a paring knife to remove the husk, or "cap," from the remaining strawberries.
Blend or puree the strawberries, milk, and yogurt in a food processor or blender.
Cover; mix for 30 seconds or until smooth while blending at high speed. Add liquid to glasses. Each should have a strawberry garnish.
